Charlie Holland

Teaches at Los Angeles Center of Photography

Charlie Holland has been working in the editorial and commercial photography field for 35 years. In New York and Los Angeles Charlie was Director of Photography for general interest, entertainment and celebrity magazines and worked as a Director of Marketing at Universal Studios, Los Angeles. She was Director of Photography for Creative Imagery at Getty Images, Los Angeles, assigning and sourcing photography internationally. Charlie has been an Assistant Professor at Art Center College of Design teaching image licensing and marketing since 2007. She is interested in the preservation of C20th photography collections, schooled in Archival Management and Theory and is currently working in the Theo Westenberger Archives at the Autry National Museum.
