Long Beach School of Yoga

The Long Beach School of Yoga is an organization devoted to bringing the mental, physical and emotional benefits of yoga and healthy lifestyles to members of the Long Beach Community including youth, adults and seniors. Classes are designed to be accessible for all levels.

The goal is to provide a safe environment for those who are even new to yoga to practice in a community setting and create a network for sharing positive energy, information and to promote healthy habits. All classes introduce basic yoga for self care, deep breathing and mind/body management.
