Our bodies can only hold so much. Imagine that your house is cluttered: some stuff you love, some you just can't let go of, some you don't even know are there. The energy is stagnant and you can't find the things you want.

Now, imagine that this house IS YOUR BODY: cluttered with unprocessed emotions, mental overwhelm, and physical tension. You can’t open the doors to your wisdom and inner power.

Join us to explore a new way to relate with your body and the things you are carrying in your heart and mind.

You will be guided to create self-portraits to explore what is occupying space in your body and your life - and bring them alive through movement, to experience a new way to declutter your inner life.

All levels of experience with the arts are welcome. You don't have to "know how to do it" - the process will carry you through!
