What you'll learn in this yoga class:

Aerial Yoga is an all levels class that focuses on athletic conditioning, deep stretch, and aerial hammocks tricks. We will translate aerial yoga poses, Pilates techniques, and aerial arts trixs onto the aerial hammock. Through our specially designed aerial fitness program you can achieve 360° motion, improved body awareness, greater joint mobility, spinal decompression, and the opportunity to find creativity in movement as you sculpt your body in the air.

Leggings are recommended for this class.
