Teaches at Bird Rock Yoga

Kristi’s dedication to the teaching and practice of yoga began in 2002. Her classes’ embody a unique integration of dynamic vinyasa flow, precise alignment, personal sharing, humor and philosophical insights intended to provide an opportunity for personal transformation and self-empowerment. Kristi completed her first yoga alliance teacher training at the Nosara Yoga Institute (Costa Rica) with Don and AmbaStapleton. Additionally, she has studied Anusara, Ashtanga and Kripalu yoga extensively. 

Over the last decade, Kristi developed her own yoga practice with some of the world’s most respected instructors including Tim Miller, Shiva Rea, Stephan Cope, Rusty Wells, John Friend, and Don & Amba Stapleton, Baron Baptiste. Classes with Kristi have been described as "divine", "poetic", "heart-felt", and "undeniably transformational." She understands yoga as a physical, mental, and emotional discipline that can guide you to reach your highest potential.
