Ravikiran Bhagavan is a skilled and experienced product and technology leader currently serving at Amazon. With an impressive 10 years at the company, he has been instrumental in driving product innovation, leading software development, and applying science within Amazon Advertising. Previously, Ravikiran successfully spearheaded the Amazon Prime Student subscription program, overseeing its P&L responsibilities and international launches across the UK, Germany, and Canada. His expertise in ad tech and scaling first-generation global products has been evident throughout his career.

Before joining Amazon, Ravikiran held key roles at renowned companies such as Symantec, Yahoo!, Napster, and SAP. At Symantec, he led the global redesign of product detail pages and was recognized as a top talent, ranking among the top 5% of employees for two consecutive years. During his time at Yahoo!, Ravikiran proposed and executed A/B tests on the home page, providing valuable insights and recommendations for feature enhancements. At Napster, he excelled as a business analyst, leveraging data analysis and predictive modeling to reduce subscriber churn and drive traffic to the web music player.

Ravikiran holds a Master's degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Arkansas - Sam M. Walton College of Business.
