Mickey Davis is a fanatic for vegetables and fruit. After studying nutrition science at UC Berkeley, she came to Brooklyn to be the Produce Manager at Greene Grape Provisions and has never been happier. She has worked on biodynamic farms, urban farms, school gardens, botanical gardens and farmers markets. When she is not indulging in nature's bounty she can be found running around Prospect Park.

Mickey was delightful. She knew so much and she was passionate about her work. Loved it.... A little cute thing to add is to give each of us a piece a fruit to eat while she was lecturing or a piece of fruit on the way to the market. Something where we got some taste of something she was talking about...even a freshly cut carrot or cucumber or slices..something to eat right then and there...not much just a sample...Charge a $1.00 or two more to cover that expense! Looking forward to taking more classes at your site. Be good to yourselves. Theresa
