Rob is the CEO and founder of Farm.One. Rob started the company in early 2016, with the aim to grow rare, unusual and tasty fresh produce for the best chefs in New York. Rob runs the farm with his team, with a hands-on approach that means he knows exactly what is growing on the farm, and the history and tasting notes behind each item.

Australian/British, with a background in design, Rob previously founded and was CEO of a tech startup in Japan. Rob likes making technologies simple to use, and getting everyone to eat more plants. Rob also runs the podcast Plant Gourmet.
