Teaches at The Giving Tree Yoga Studio

Aubrey completed her 200 hr. training at Yogamaya New York and teaches a challenging vinyasa class that focuses on proper alignment with the freedom to explore and awaken your true self. She creates a safe haven where her students can push their physical and mental limits, as well as discover and savor their sweetness. Her introduction to yoga was purely based on an invitation from a friend and an openness to try something new. She went to class not knowing what to expect and thought it was a little weird while she was there, but couldn’t escape the wonderful feeling she had as she left the class. That experience was the beginning of a lifelong practice, and Aubrey’s relationship with yoga has grown far beyond a merely physical one. Yoga has helped her grow both on and off the mat, and she wants to share its transformative powers with others.
