Want to learn side and middle splits? Then this class is for you! In this class we warm up with dynamic function stretching and finish with passive assisted stretching.
Also a perfect class for those with lower back pain and sciatic nerve issues. This class concentrates on only lower body.
All classes are 21+.

All payments are non-refundable; however, all class payments are transferable with 2 business days notice.
All cancellations must be made 2 business days prior to class for your payment to be transferable. If it is not made within 2 business days prior to class, your class is forfeited.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
