What you'll learn in this ballet class:
Laurel Project dance class is based on the Beijing Dance Academy Chinese Dance Syllabus, a scientific, systematic and comprehensive Chinese dance training for pre-school to youth dancers.
In this course students will learn basic ballet and Chinese classical dance technique, body rhythm身韻, stretching, body conditioning and , Xin Jiang Dance 新疆舞
