Refund Policy:
Students may withdraw from the course at any time. The ICLS Group Evening Class Refund Policy is in the table below.
Withdrawal Period | Refund
- Before Registration Ends | 100% of Tuition Paid
- After Registration Closes and Before the 3rd Class | 50% of Tuition Paid
- After the 3rd Class | No Refund
The student must notify ICLS immediately upon the decision to withdraw and complete the Student Withdrawal Form which is available from the school's Business Office to initiate a request for a refund. Refunds will be issued within ten (10) business days.Absence Policy:
Group Classes continue as scheduled even if a student is absent from the class. An individual student who does not attend a class will not be able to make up the missed hours. Please note that each instructional hour is 50 minutes in length.
Cancellation Policy:
ICLS reserves the right to cancel a class due to a lack of enrollment. In the case of lack of enrollment the tuition, materials (if purchased), and registration fee will be refunded. Group Classes continue as scheduled even if a student is absent from the class. An individual student who does not attend a class will not be able to make up the missed hours even if 24-hour notice is given. Please note that each instructional hour is 50 minutes in length.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.
