Janet Maika'i Rudolph has spent over 25 years studying and experiencing various shamanic traditions throughout the world. She has traveled extensively to sacred/power sites to study and learn from ancient traditions.

She is twice ordained as shaman/spiritual guide. Her most recent initiation (2016) is from Aloha International in the tradition of Hawaiian shamanism (also called Huna). She teaches Hawaiian workshops and guides labyrinth walks on Long Island. She is also a writer of several books.
