This intro-level three-hour session for Windows and Mac users gives you a working knowledge of all the major components of Outlook: email, calendar, contacts and tasks. You will manage and organize e-mail messages efficiently, schedule meetings and appointments on your calendar, store and categorize contact information and keep track of your to-do list.
Prerequisites:
This class is ideally suited for people with basic computing skills, such as using a mouse and opening and closing windows. No Outlook experience is required.
