The meditative act of wrapping macrame rope with vibrant OmegaCryl yarn will have you calm, cool, and collected as you form a one of a kind decorative art piece. Perfect for home or office (or your work-from-home office!) OR as a gift for your most stylish pal. #swoon
In this 2-hour, absolutely beginner level workshop you will learn to take rope and yarn and work them together to form a wrapped rope sculpture.
In this CraftJam you will learn:
- How to prep your macrame rope
- How to perfect a wrap knot to create seamless and secure bands of color
- How to properly twist, bend, and knot your rope into a sculptural piece
Supplies needed:
- 1 OmegaCryl – 36 Mexican Pink
- 1 OmegaCryl – 8 Deep Blue
- 1 Omegacryl – 12 Blue Water
- 1 Macrame Cord – 3/16″ Three Strand
