John Gobble, DrPH, RDN, MCHES, FACLM, DipACLM 

John is founder of “Lifestyle Medicine Group,” a team of advanced Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDN) providers of medical nutrition therapy and therapeutic lifestyle change services in the Pacific Northwest. Their goals aim to make Lifestyle Medicine an integral part of 21st century healthcare. They work with healthcare practices across the nation to identify sustainable processes to support lifestyle change.

His passion has been to foster the translation of the science for health behavior change into practical applications for public health and lifestyle medicine. He was one of the early pioneers in the development and use of Health Risk Appraisals in the broader context of public health promotion. John has authored a number of technical and educational solutions for health behavior change including the MNT Assistant – data management and behavior change tools for Medical Nutrition Therapy. Through several scientific publications, John demonstrated the effectiveness of community-based lifestyle change programs to reduce biometric risk factors of chronic disease among thousands of participants across North America.

John earned a Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) in Preventive Care and a Master of Public Health (MPH) in both Public Health Nutrition and Health Education from Loma Linda University School of Public Health. He is an RDN, an Oregon Licensed Dietitian (LD), and a Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES). He is also a Fellow and Diplomat of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.


Ashley Boudet, ND  

Ashley is a Naturopathic Doctor trained in Primary Care Medicine at The National College of Natural Medicine. She is the coauthor of The Ultimate Age Defying Plan, is board certified by the Oregon Board of Naturopathic Medicine and is an executive board member of the International Congress of Naturopathic Medicine. As a Naturopathic Doctor, she is committed to promoting a connection to nature as a pathway to healing. 

During her many years of studying, observing, practicing, and living this medicine from a place of deep curiosity, she began to understand that the true meaning of wellness lies within the individual, and continually evolves. From this understanding she accepts a call to support others on their own personal quests for healing. She is currently offering nutrition and lifestyle educational programs on a variety of nourishing topics that harness the power of connection by creating a space for growth and learning within a shared community,  

Chef Mark Reinfeld

An award-winning chef, educator and authority on plant-based cuisine, Chef Mark Reinfeld has over 25 years experience preparing innovative vegan and raw food cuisine. He has written eight acclaimed books and conducts virtual and in-person culinary trainings around the world. 

In 2017, Chef Mark was inducted into the Vegetarian Hall of Fame. He was the founding chef of The Blossoming Lotus Restaurant, voted "Best Restaurant on Kaua’i". Mark is a recipient of a Platinum Carrot Award from the Aspen Center of Integral Health. His first cookbook, Vegan Fusion World Cuisine, was named “Best Vegetarian Cookbook in the USA" and has a foreword written by Dr. Jane Goodall. 

Since then, Mark has authored seven more books including the bestselling 30-Minute Vegan series, as well as his latest books detailing the links between health and plant-based diets.

He serves as the Executive Chef for the North American Vegetarian Society’s Summerfest and offers vegan consulting services, including chef trainings and recipe development, for clients such as Google, Whole Foods, Kroger, Danone, The Humane Society, Bon Appetit Management, Sabra, Aramark, Sodexo and more.

Chef Mark’s mission is to help create a sustainable future for humanity by training others in the art of plant-based cuisine - for our health, the planet, and for a more peaceful world.
