Abrar specializes in serving as an Enterprise Agile Coach/ Senior Program Director for organizations interested in transforming to Agile framework. He excels at identifying team’s needs with regards to agile and coaching them through the introductory phases. He has helped multiple organizations in scaling Agile utilizing the fundamentals of SAFe, LeSS and DAD. Abrar enjoys using his vast professional experience to give his students rich knowledge that they can take back to their organization and use.

ASPE’s Antoine Victor is an experienced trainer and consultant who specializes in crafting Microsoft solutions through Agile and Test Driven Development. With over 17 years of experience, Antoine has worked with a variety of teams across a number of verticals.

Leveraging years of past experience teaching MOC training courses, Antoine creates custom development and administration courses on SharePoint 2013, SQL Server 2014 and Visual Studio 2013 for his clients.   

Antione is also an experienced Agile trainer and subject matter expert who has earned both his Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) certifications from Scrum Alliance. You can see this influence in his courses through his incorporation of Agile development processes and Test Driven Development.

Terrell is a professional project management and business analyst consultant and trainer. He is a highly skilled project manager and possesses business analyst capabilities with an advanced mix of skills in technology, methodologies and strategic business acumen. He has solid leadership skills and experience in planning and managing projects. Terrell has extensive experience in requirements definition and management; including modeling, prototyping, and Agile methods. He has experience in working in cross‐functional environments with global project teams. He has innovative talents to bring together teams for success in delivery of solutions. He has strong skills in coaching and advising project team members to improve competencies. He has excellent oral and written communication skills in addition to an extensive professional course development and training background for both traditional and online environments.
