Sarah has been teaching Zumba for a short but exciting two years. She has been an avid dance fitness enthusiast since she was 17 and has trained with a variety of Zumba and non-Zumba instructors. Sarah incorporates the principles of Zumba into a high energy one hour class that guarantees a great work out and tons of positive energy. Sarah's choreography is accessible and fun with an emphasis on athletic muscle toning moves. She teaches to a wide variety of rhythms and is always open to learning more. Sarah will have you sweating and laughing before you know it.
