What you'll learn in this restorative class:

This special restorative class will help dial down your nervous system and allow your body to rest deeply. We will guide you through gentle, supported postures where you will relax for 10-20 minutes before moving on to the next one. You'll have the most blissful night sleep imaginable!

Props needed:

Yoga mat
2 yoga blocks (or use books)
Yoga strap (or belt)
3 large pillows
Blanket for warmth

Note: This is an online class. You'll receive an email with a Zoom link prior to class start time.
