Desiree is a business analyst at Genesys Telecommunications where she helps department leads define their business questions and visualize their (often messy) data. It’s a dirty job—data cleaning—but somebody’s gotta do it. Prior to Genesys, Desiree worked as a consultant analyzing pharmaceutical sales data. She created her first Excel workbook when she was 12 and majored in Health and Economics at Brandeis University years later.
