Master the 99 Posture Tai Chi form and various opening exercises to deepen your understanding of this meditative practice. Join us for a transformative journey of self-discovery through breathwork and meditation.
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese movement system that blends breath work with meditation in order to produce a re-energizing of the body and mind. The main purpose in the beginning of the practice is to open the body completely in order that the body can function more efficiently. Eventually this opening process affects all the layers of the body, that is the fascia, nervous system and even the bones. This opening is dependent on how much the student practices with proper awareness.
This class focuses on teaching the 99 Posture Tai Chi form and various opening exercises in order to get an understanding of the meaning of the form. All lessons are on YouTube so that one can always review a class you didn’t understand or wasn’t able to attend.
The classes end and begin with some short Chi Kung movements.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the class will be honored with a full refund. Students who cancel less than 48 hours prior to the start time of the class will receive a credit towards a future class.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
