this simply means that date has now sold out.
In this one day workshop we will be using an unlikely material for the pages of our sketchbook. Packing paper! Well actually, 'virgin kraft paper'. This material is amazing for drawing, sketching, and painting with opaque media. Paint pens, acrylic paints, and gouache pop off the page in beautiful contrast and typically do not bleed or come through he opposite face of your page. The finished sketchbook you will create and take home is the perfect size to pop in your bag to take with you in the field, or to use at your desk. No serious book making experience necessary.
Most components will be pre cut and each student will have a detailed but easy to follow set of instructions as we sew together. There will be many different types of opaque media available to experiment with in the pages of your new book.
Materials Fee Covers: materials and consumables gathered and prepared for workshop projects
NOTE: This class is not eligible for an Art Boost! Scholarship.
