Tracey's classes are thoughtful planned out with intelligent sequencing inspired by moving freely and authentically, that leaves you feeling powerful and relieved. She is a 200 hour certified yoga and yin teacher. She took her journey starting in 2014 and continues to keep learning through trainings and workshops.

Her yoga experience has changed her life for the better. She is devoted to yoga on and off her mat and translates this into her teachings and her students. She creates an environment that makes you feel comfortable to have the ability to take on challenges to expand your horizon.
