In-Class TESOL Course Components:
  • 35 hours of in-class instructor-led lecture and teacher training
  • 5 hours of out-of-class of creative lesson planning, presentation preparation, readings and exercises during the week of the course
  • 20 hours of readings plus exam to be completed a fter the course at student’s convenience
  • 35 + 5 + 20 = 60 Hours of Study
  • TESOL Foundation Certificate is awarded at the end of the in-class course
  • The 60-Hour Specialization course(s) that you registered for are to be completed either online or by correspondence
*Please note that students will receive their program certificate or diploma only upon submission and passing of the Foundation Final Exam, as well as having successfully completed their first specialization.

Remote Learning

This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.

Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.

Refund Policy
There is a $50 fee to transfer your registration to a later course. All transfers must be requested at least seven (7) business days prior to the start of the course, and are subject to availability. There is no transfer fee if you transfer to an earlier course, or if you transfer from online to in-class, or from in-class to online.

Online Classes are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of how our TESOL Training Program is delivered TESOL Training International Inc. can not offer refunds. However, we are willing to work with the teacher trainee to make the program as simple and as easy to work with as possible.

If a cancellation is made less than 14 days before the start of a course a $250.00 cancellation fee will be added.

Due to our small class sizes If a cancellation is made less than 7 days before the start of a course no refund will be given.

If the In-Class TESOL program is canceled, here's how the refunds is calculated:
For example, the In-Class program cost: $1,095
—Class Cost $450.00 (Refundable if class was canceled) 120 TESOL Certificate On-line program will be offered at no cost
—Job-Placement Cost $445.00 (Refundable if we did not start the job placement process)
—Materials Fee $100.00 (Refundable if canceled before obtaining login / Password)
—Registration Fee $200.00 (Non-Refundable)
Refund amount will be: $450.00

Hello. I"d like to take the TESOL course so I've been searching it and I wonder if this class has the same value as general English academy has. I do need I-20 and I have to transfer.

Hi there! The certificate programs are all approved by the US Dept of Education by means of Accreditation. No, you do not need to transfer your i-20 to take the foundation class if however, you are going to take the 12 week International TESOL Program you will need to get permission from your current school to take the course or simply transfer.
