A San Francisco Bay Area native, Erika studied computer science and philosophy, tutored high school math and science, did a management consulting stint at Bain & Company, and led large cross-functional teams as a product manager at Dropbox before coming to Veritas. “I was blown away by the thoughtful and inspiring instructors here,” she says. “I love helping people learn, and I’m excited that I get to help people take the next step toward achieving their career dreams.”
 
Erika loves connecting deeply and genuinely with people — having worked with colleagues of varying ages, cultures, and experience levels to develop and launch software products, she has earned a reputation as someone who “teaches and leads with empathy” — and she believes that with the right resources structure, people thrive toward their goals.
