Rebecca is a graduate from UCLA with a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy. She is committed to living and sharing the benefits of a mindful lifestyle - one that integrates meditation into the everyday human life. Through years of studying and dedicated practice, she founded Second Wind Integrative Mindfulness (SWIM) as a platform to share her experiences with the world.
