Very informative & fun! It delivered exactly what it promised: I came away from the class feeling confident that I could make wontons and dumplings at home -- and even make the yummy sauce, too!

This class was a lot of fun. It had just the right amount of background and instruction. Diana was an excellent instructor! I look forward to taking more classes with her in the future.

Fun, hands-on class. You make 5 kinds of sushi - Hosomaki, Nigiri, Futomaki, Uramaki, Temaki. You eat them right away, so come with an appetite. Diane Kuan gives thorough explanations, guidance and good handout. I highly recommend her classes.
