Judith Simonian

Teaches at The Cooper Union

Judith Simonian, M.A., California State University. Simonian exhibits her work in New York, throughout the United States and internationally. Grants and awards she has received include the Adolph and Esther Gottlieb Foundation Grant, NEA Fellowships, the MacDowell Colony, YADDO, Blue Mountain Center residency fellowship AND Virginia Center for the Arts. She has a permanent installation at PS 1 Contemporary Art Center (Museum of Modern Art) as well as public collections. She has taught in California at Otis/Parsons, Claremont Graduate School and the University of California at Long Beach and St. Michael’s College in Vermont.
