The unique indoor hydroponic farm in Manhattan growing hundreds of rare culinary ingredients
Farm. One grows rare herbs, edible flowers and microgreens for some of the best restaurants in the world, with over 14 Michelin Stars. Our unique vertical farm in Tribeca showcases a number of hydroponic and "vertical farming" growing methods, used to grow over 200 different ingredients at any one time.
Our classes are taught by David Goldstein, our Head Horticulturalist, with multiple years experience growing hundreds of different crops hydroponically. This is the only place in Manhattan where students can learn hydroponics and indoor farming first hand on cutting-edge equipment.
What. cool experience. I took my husband here for Valentines Day. I bought the tour from CourseHorse online. It was perfect. Totally unique, our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended. Only an hour!
Unfortunately, the class was rescheduled due to an unforeseen event. Please know the administrator expressed several apologies and they graciously offered many options to the affected students. I rescheduled my event and I look forward to attending in the future! So far, reputable and fair.
This course was extremely informative and went even more in depth than I was expecting. With the small class size, it’s nice collaborative effort with the instructor to tailor the class to your interests!
So phenomenal that I want to take the two-hour class!
This was a great tour! It was so cool to taste the amazing flavor of the microgreens and hear about how Farm. One works with top chefs in the city.
Very interesting to see something like this in the city
Very cool tour led by a great guide. Answered all of our questions and we learned a lot too! The gift at the end was the best way to wrap up the event.
