Our studio space gives makers the opportunity to bring ideas to life. We provide classes for creatives by creatives. While working with some of the brightest minds in Brooklyn, we’ve created a studio space that provides room to put our ambitions into action.
Our artists teach classes on woodworking, jewelry design, metal fabrication, and many other skills.

Each hands-on experience gives you the freedom to explore a new passion, create something of your own, and join our community of makers and creators.

Our classes run from  2-4.5 hours and are taught by experienced makers that live and thrive in Brooklyn.  Our small class sizes allow for you to vibe and network with other makers in the studio. Our studio space is an open and fully-equipped environment that gives you the space and resources to build a personal project, put a Kickstarter into action, or simply find a new passion.

We envision bringing creatives together in an environment that is inspirational, fun, and supportive.

I took a 4-hour Saturday morning Introduction to MIG welding class and loved it! The class size was small, and so we had tons hands-on practice and loads of interaction with our awesome instructor, who was knowledgeable, patient, and super friendly. Our instructor began the class by giving us an overview of the steps that we would take to fabricate a metal planter. Next, he explained each step and the proper use of each tool as we completed each stage toward our final result. He ensured that students were adhering to safe and proper use of tools throughout, as he offered encouragement and tips to ensure a better result. All told, I couldn't ask for a better experience. This is exactly the entry-point that I needed to start practicing these skills on my own.

The instructor (Kelsey) was excellent. She was upbeat, supportive, and made the entire process exciting and fun. I was a bit intimidated prior to beginning, but the step by step small group instruction really made the whole experience so much fun. You’re able to select any small design (1/2 page size) that you want to do; select your own colors, and begin cutting to fit your design. I will absolutely be back, and look forward to getting better.

I am a fan of the show "Forge in Fire" which is what inspired me to take this class. I researched other locations that offered knife making. I found that this class was the best value of all the choices I came across. I spent the whole time in class smiling because I was having such a good time. The studio is large, stylish, and clean. Samples of what the site makes in their other classes decorate the walls. The other students were friendly and supportive. Jerod is a great teacher. He was patient with the students and guide each student to make the best knives. The class even provided beverages while students were working. I love the knife I made. It makes me feel like Rambo. Bring on the zombie apocalypse I am ready.

Excellent teachers and a cool environment in which to learn. The introductory skills in this class are relevant to other metal fabrication projects. I'm planning to take more courses here.
