What you'll learn in this medical training:

The Ba Duan Jin (“Eight pieces of brocade”) is a Taoist medical qigong set of eight therapeutic practices that dates back over 1,000 years and offers great health benefits. Over the centuries, many have experienced its numerous benefits, and it is one of the most famous of all qigong forms. Ba Duan Jin increases strength and flexibility, improves posture, and can benefit the respiratory, circulatory, nervous, digestive, and lymphatic systems.

There are several variations of each exercise that combine gentle movements with breath coordination. The practices are simple to learn, and easily modified for people of varying fitness levels, and one begins to feel profound benefits after only a few weeks of practice. You will feel energized, calm, and balanced after each session.

Note: Wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement and flat-soled shoes.

For Single Evening Events, Series, Half-Days and Mini-Workshops, Walking Tours, Single-Event Webinars or O’Cast™ Recordings, there are no refunds or course credits for these offerings.

For Full Workshops, Ongoing Courses and Webinars and Online Courses:

Refunds are available minus a processing fee* if you cancel up to 11 business days prior to the first day of the program.
Course credits are available, minus a processing fee* if you cancel up to 3 business days prior to the first day of the program.

*The processing fee for cancellation is $15 for programs costing less than $250, and $35 for programs costing $250 and up.

No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations less than 3 business days prior to the first day of a program, or if a student does not attend a program. The estimated refund processing time is two to three weeks.
