Description
What you'll learn in this skin care class:
In this new masterclass, students will learn to formulate their own natural shampoos and bodywashes to add to their indie beauty product lineup or to make and give as gifts to family members and friends. By the end of class students will gain knowledge and understanding of how to formulate a variety of shampoos, facewashes and bodywashes that can also be used as liquid soaps.
This class is taught by Marla Bosworth, CEO of Back Porch Soap Company. She will share her knowledge and experience of 24 years as a plant-based skincare product formulator. Marla will also discuss best packaging options, labeling requirements, pricing and marketing suggestions for your anti-aging beauty products.
This is intended for aromatherapists, massage therapists, spa owners, handmade soap and indie beauty entrepreneurs and for anyone who wants to make incredibly good-for-your-body products. No prior experience is necessary.
This class is open to beginners through advanced beauty makers. Students will receive a class handout that includes instructions, formulas and a valuable list of Marla's favorite places to buy materials, supplies and equipment.
Refund Policy
- In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- This excludes same-day class signups.
- After 24 hours of registration, we do not offer refunds or class transfers due to our event rental space and travel situation.
If for some reason our class is cancelled (this has only been due to major snowstorms), we will promptly refund your registration in its entirety.
