What you'll learn in this nutrition class:
This powerful evening workshop for anyone who has struggled with food issues is designed to help us bust through the blocks and beliefs about food that prevent us from enjoying our birthright—an eating life free of struggle and frustration; a weight that makes us feels happy for both our health and self-image; and a clear, balanced mind so we can focus on our life and work. Tonight, Cynthia Stadd, who overcame her own struggles with binge eating, will show us how to: let go of our war with food, permanently; work on weight loss without obsessing about food or gain weight without dreading food; make dietary choices with peace and joy, and no guilt; understand which of the four overeating categories we fall into; and how to re-pattern the beliefs that are causing us the most harm.

For Full Workshops, Ongoing Courses and Webinars and Online Courses:
- Refunds are available minus a processing fee* if you cancel up to 11 business days prior to the first day of the program.
- Course credits are available, minus a processing fee* if you cancel up to 3 business days prior to the first day of the program.
*The processing fee for cancellation is $15 for programs costing less than $250, and $35 for programs costing $250 and up.
No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations less than 3 business days prior to the first day of a program, or if a student does not attend a program. The estimated refund processing time is two to three weeks.
