What you'll learn in this high school test prep class:
The SHSAT test is the standardized test for all the New York City residents who are in the 8th and 9th grade and wish to enter one of the Specialized High Schools in NYC. The Fall 2017 SHSAT is the first one implementing the new testing format.
The SHSAT Test is 180 minutes’ exams made up with 2 parts ELA and Math, and students are given 90 minutes for each part. In the ELA parts, students are asked to finished 57 multiple choice questions in the forms of revising, editing and reading comprehension; For the Math parts, there are 52 multiple choice questions and 5 Grid-in problems.
Our summer intensive SHSAT class will be providing the all rounded training for students in both ELA and Math sections on the redesigned SHSAT testing format.
Day Schedule:
Verbal: 9:00 – 10:30am
Math: 10:30am-12:00pm
