The course was fun, delicious, instructional, and easy. I would definitely recommend it! Flavors of Asia made simple by a great instructor, Connie. She offered some very basic knife techniques, flavor combination techniques, as well as source lists for obtaining hard to find Asian food items. The class area was clean, roomy, and efficient. Loved that part. Over all, I would say YES! Take the class!
