Description
What you'll learn in this dressmaking class:
We're all on the look-out for that perfect dress or jumpsuit for all of our seasonal events. Why not make a unique and one-of-a-kind dress or jumpsuit for yourself? We are proud to present a sewing course that will teach you just that! You will learn basic couture techniques and how to sew a party dress or jumpsuit!
During this course you will learn:
- how to cut & sew a dress or jumpsuit
- how to install an invisible zipper
- how to hand sew an invisible hem and rolled baby hem
- intermediate-advanced couture seam finishes
Project: A beautiful dress or jumpsuit that is custom fit to you!
Patterns: Patterns will be selected prior to class and discussed with the sewing center for approval prior to class one. Fabric will also be purchased and brought to class.
Prerequisite: Sewing 101 or a proven intermediate sewing level
Fabric and supplies: To be purchased by the student
Refund Policy
- You must give at least 4 business days notice to cancel your enrollment in the class, for a refund less a 5% cancellation fee.
- Once the class has started, we can no longer offer refunds.
- In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
