Due to limited seating, we request that you reschedule at least 1 business day before a scheduled class.
This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may reschedule by phone or online.
If you have to reschedule your class, we offer you a credit to your account, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. Please regard that if you do not reschedule prior to the 1 business day, you will lose the payment for the class.
In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
