Kate Angus has published poetry in Barrow Street, Subtropics, Gulf Coast, Mid-American Review, Verse Daily, Barrelhouse, Sub-Lit, Poet Lore, North American Review, The Saint Ann’s Review, Juked, Coconut, L Magazine, Third Coast, Tar River Poetry, Connotation, the Best American Poetry website, and the Best New Poets 2010 anthology. She has served as an editor at Augury Books, and has taught at the New School, LIM College, Interlochen Arts Academy, Interlochen Centerfor the Arts, Notre Dame School, and Mandl College. She holds a BA from Brown University and an MFA in Poetry from The New School.
