Jenna Zabala

Teaches at 92nd Street Y

Jenna Zabala has been studying the Alexander Technique since 2000 and has been teaching since 2005. She is Nationally Certified through The American Center for the Alexander Technique (ACAT), a three year certification program and the oldest training program for Alexander teachers in the United States, where she serves on the Volunteer faculty. She teaches privates and group classes in Brooklyn and Manhattan. Jenna also holds a NYS License in Massage Therapy from the Swedish Institute in New York City and is an instructor of Kundalini Yoga.
