Raised in Chicago, Chef Lynnette started her first food company at age 11, selling to her classmates and teachers after becoming fed up with the school lunch. During college she gained restaurant experience while working various positions in NYC, delved deeper into wellness and adopted the practice of fasting. From there she moved to Oaxaca, Mexico where she managed a kitchen and currently hosts fasting retreats. She now spends most of her time in Los Angeles developing the Superfood School brand as a channel to help people get more plants on their plates, no matter their diet.
