Carmi trained at Le Cordon Bleu, London where she received a Grand Diplôme in Patisserie and Cuisine. She further developed her skills with pie crust by studying with bakers from Tartine. She is well known to Institute alumni as our Greystone caterer, and teaches pretzel-making at the Institute's Bread Camp.
