Zeina Baltagi

Teaches at Valley Art Workshop

Zeina Baltagi is a multi-media artist and educator. She recently received her B.A. with an emphasis in printmaking from California State University, Northridge. She has taught workshops and curated shows at CSUN. As an artist, she has exhibited extensively through the CSUN Galleries and Los Angeles pop up venues. Baltagi's work investigates actions as traces left behind: mapping thoughts and movements that create a visual lexicon. Organic artifacts are aestheticized metaphors for transformation and possibility. With the Valley Print Studio, she imagines a space centered on traditional print and papermaking with an in-depth exploration of materials.
