What you'll learn in this film production class:
Approaching the role from a professional production point of view, this hands-on course defines the role of the 2nd AC, equipping participants with on-set tips and tricks of the trade.
Participants will have the opportunity to build a complete camera system using all the gear found on set today. They will learn to interchange components quickly and with precision. Through practical exercises including lens handling, equipment terms, data wrangling, slating, and trouble shooting common issues, participants will come away with the skills needed to perform the role of 2nd AC on a professional set.

- Preparing the camera, loading new batteries and media, and changing lenses
- Preparing and swapping gear on set for handheld, studio mode and Steadicam

Refund Policy
If a participant is unable to attend for any reason, you may transfer registration to an alternate date or location, or use the full credit towards a different workshop.
You may also transfer enrollment to someone else, but you must provide the updated registrant information prior to the start of the class.
If unable to attend, you must notify CourseHorse within 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone classes in the event of low enrollment or forces beyond our control. If the instructor is sick or unable to attend, we will notify attendees 48 hours in advance of class to reschedule for a later date.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
