Description
What you'll learn in this unique class:
Learn how to complete common immigration forms and help people from all over the world. This seminar focuses on the USCIS submission package, visas, applications for employment, waivers, and green card. Relevant national and state requirements will be discussed to ensure compliance.
You'll learn the role of the IMC who must have knowledge of which documents need to be filed and when. The class also covers the immigration system, the asylum process, and the role of the courts.

Refund Policy
There are no refunds or transfers after a class begins. Requests to withdraw from a class or transfer to another Community Services class must be done 5 OR MORE DAYS prior to the first class meeting. There is a $15 service charge per class for each refund or transfer requested. If you enrolled in a class less than 5 days prior to the first class meeting, NO refunds will be given. There are no refunds or credits for absences and late registrations are not pro-rated. Missed class meetings may not be made up in another class.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
