What you'll learn in this self improvement class:
Reiki is a Japanese relaxation technique known for facilitating profound physical, mental, and emotional wellness. It is traditionally taught from master (teacher) to student in an unbroken lineage from the original developer (Usui) of the technique in the early 1900’s to those practicing now.
Level 1 initiates you with a personal empowerment (attunement), focuses on the development of a personal self-care practice, and healing on the physical level. This class will prepare you to treat yourself, family, friends, and pets. Reiki has been proven to help reduce healing time from surgery and reduce pain. It know to reduce food sensitivities, perfectionism, insomnia, debilitating back injury and so much more
You will receive a certificate for Reiki Level 1 at the end of the course which will equip you to learn Reiki Level 2 if you desire to further your capabilities and also to become a practitioner.
