What you'll learn in this drink making class:
Keep calm and drink Gin and Tonic!
Gin Tasting, Homemade Tonic Water from Scratch, Gin & Tonic Cocktail Making, and Clear Ice Made Easy.
Gin is in, and there are so many fantastic options out there–if you think you don’t like gin, think again! We’ll begin class with a gin tasting with three of "Dean" Kent's favorites.
We’ll then blow your mind with our homemade tonic water: intoxicatingly complex, floral and fruity, perfectly bitter, it’s what tonic is supposed to be.You'll take home a bottle and the knowledge to make more!
All that work calls for a drink! And the perfect G&T calls for the perfect ice: it's clear! Daniel's easy method for making clear ice at home will make you very popular indeed. We’ll give you instructions on G&T-making (glassware, garnishes) then wrap up class by toasting you with the perfect Gin & Tonic. Choose from our gin bar & whip one up!

Refund Policy
Cancellations made up to one week prior to a class are eligible for a full refund less transaction fees incurred by the Institute from both purchase and refund. Fees paid may also be applied as credit for a future class. Due to class demand, cancellations made three to seven days prior to a class are eligible for a fifty percent refund, or credit for the full fee may be applied to a future class. Cancellations made less than seventy two hours before an event are not eligible for refunds or credit.
