What you'll learn in this drink making class:
Chef Darryl's "It's 5 O'Clock Somewhere" Sessions have been wildly popular since we first went online, and one of the secrets of his outstanding cocktails are the wonderful Fruit Syrups and Botanical infusions he creates.
In this class, you'll learn to do your own market-inspired mix-ins, plus some fun garnishing and other pro tips for your summer drinks!
This class will be meeting on Zoom. We'll send you an email with the class handout with the recipes, ingredients and equipment, as well as the Zoom meeting link, 48 hours ahead of time.

Refund Policy
Classes are non-refundable, but something comes up, you may request a transfer into a different class, provided you give us at least 48 hours notice. We record all classes, so if you do wind up missing a scheduled session, we will be sure to get you the video and recipe.
Classes are subject to rescheduling or cancellation, based on enrollment levels or conflicts that arise for our instructors. If your class is impacted, we will be in touch right away to provide you with a refund or a transfer into a different class.

OMG. The class was so much fun. Darrell (instructor) was very knowledgeable and so much fun. He answered all my questions and gave helpful suggestions. I already tried 2 things I made (simple syrup and infused gin w/jalapeno pepper). Both are excellent. Class was so much fun I already signed up for another class he offered.
