Cake Pop and cake popsicle too! Learn all the tricks to create the perfect consistency, flavor, and shape for your cake pop. We will be learning all the tricks to getting your chocolate to the right consistency, color and temperature.

I will be answering all your questions and tackling any problems you might have like getting your sticks to stick, getting your chocolate to not dip funky, using quality melts and coloring . Leave making cake pops better then the pros. This is the perfect class for those who want to be proficient at creating these little guys or if you just want to come and have a wonderful good time.
