Learn to cut with ease advancing to more complicated and decorative Brunoise, Paysanne, Batonnet and Tourne Cuts.

Everything looks and tastes better when ingredients are cut uniformly, cook evenly and are presented beautifully. Work with Vegetables, cut Chicken Breasts off the Bone, and see demonstration of De-boning a Whole Chicken. You make a delicious meal to be enjoyed at the end of class.

Coach Eric was very knowledgeable And super friendly and encouraging. I would have liked more hands on practice with a bit more oversight by him. It’s a class of 8-10 so I know he can’t tend to everyone at the same time. Perhaps he can spend a bit more time with each group.

Great class. (really great). Light bulbs need replacing. Many are burned out. (It's an issue if you are trying to cut potatoes precisely on an off-white cutting board).
