Aaron is finishing his MBA at UCLA and has a diverse background that spans from being a public school teacher in the Bronx, to working as the director of strategic partnerships for an entertainment-based nonprofit inside of CAA (Creative Artists Agency).

Most of his jobs in his career have never offered him any type of retirement benefits and for a while he never even thought why that mattered.
